The Alta Gracia Difference
Since 2010 we've been changing clothes. That starts with paying our workers a wage that supports a quality standard of living. We pay workers 2.5 times the industry standard and 3.5 times the Dominican minimum wage. This wage supports education for children, housing developments, and reliable transportation. Additionally, we provide healthcare, protection from discrimination and abuse, and the freedom to unionize.
These rights and protections not only benefit our workers, but result in higher quality clothes. It's a difference you can feel and a choice you can feel good about.
- Quality healthcare for all
- High-quality education for the next generation
- Turning housing into lifelong homes
- The freedom to stand up for your rights
