Can I put my Alta Gracia in the dryer?
Every product has different care labels, so please follow these. As a rule of thumb, only dry on low heat or line dry.
How should I wash my new Alta Gracia apparel?
Due to the dying process on certain garments we recommend hand washing all merchandise individually in cold water with a mild detergent for the first few washes. After that, in a cold washer with like colors and a mild detergent. Be sure to not use any stain remover on your shirt.
Do your shirts shrink?
Our shirts are preshrunk, so you shouldn't have any issues with sizing. That being said, remember to dry on low heat to be safe.

Can I send my order as a gift?
You can enter the gift recipient’s address as the shipping address for your order, but we’re unable to include any special messaging or wrapping at this time. However, our packing slips don’t show the cost of the products ordered.
How do I order a gift card?
When you order a gift card, it will be delivered via email, where there’ll be simple instructions that can be printed or forwarded to a lucky someone.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Since we have a unique process, some of our gear is produced on limited runs while others will be reproduced. See individual product descriptions for more details.
When will you restock your items that are sold out?
On items that aren’t limited time and will be restocked, the wait is generally a few weeks depending on the product. Our entire Alta Gracia family works hard to meet demand, so we’ll do our best!
When I place an item on my wishlist, how long will it stay in there?
Once on your wishlist, an item will stay there in perpetuity. However, it doesn’t reserve the item in the case of it going out of stock.
It says there is an error with my billing address but it is correct.
If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend paying through PayPal. You do not need to use PayPal to pay or create a PayPal account, just use their gateway and checkout with your credit/debit card.
What of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal!

Can I buy your product in stores?
While we don’t currently sell any AG-branded gear in stores, we do sell licensed product in over 500 bookstores! Check out our store locator to find the one closest to you.
What are your hours for customer service?

Where is your company located?
We craft our product in Villa Altagracia in the Dominican Republic, while our office headquarters is in Atlanta, GA.
When did Alta Gracia Launch?
Alta Gracia launched in 2010 as a subsidiary of Spartanburg, SC based Knights Apparel which was sold to Hanes Brands in 2015. The company was owned and operated independently by and was later sold to Atlanta, Ga based AG Triada (that’s us!) in 2018. Our new management team is committed to building a life changing global brand thats mission is to treat everyone with dignity and respect. What is a Living Wage?
As opposed to a minimum wage, which is an arbitrary wage floor implemented by a government, a living wage is the amount of income necessary to not just survive, but support your family and develop your community.
How has the Living Wage policy improved the lives of our employees?
In addition to the healthcare and protections from abuse we provide for our Alta Gracia family, they also have the right to assemble, which paved the way for the formation of a robust unionization. This has allowed employees to build new houses, pay for their families’ educations, and grow instead of just sustain.
